Lack of volume ?
It is this lack of volume in a project that seems so well advanced, that confounds me. Any opinions on that issue?

Beats me! The stock has been rubbing SALT in my wounds... :) A mine seems like "free money;" all I can think of is that there might be some uncertainties re the environmental impact and the fact that interest rates are high makes cash a little tighter. The stock has declined quite a bit, about 50% in a year. I purchased VUL, which I understand has a 30% interest in
