RE:RE:Merger with 92EI don't think the offer will be rejected by Latitude and 92E shareholders. It's true that the price of Atha has increased significantly since the announcement of the operation, which suggests that Atha's shareholders are satisfied! I don't know how the objective of 1.35 was set by RedCloud, if you know I would be interested to know because it is dangerous to give credit to an objective without knowing the details of its calculation.
