Are you satisfied with LUR's takeover price ( 0.28 ATHA share ) or disappointed? Is the takeover better for the seller or the buyer? I hope there will be publications about this takeover!

Quite a bit aof information to absorb first thing in the morning. Dilution, this for sure.
