agreed Smokey, your efforts put into your always insightful info in your posts is clear, helpful & to be commended -impressions that others were merely echoing your posts to play up the opportunity were, I guess, wrong......again. An earlier post of yours brought 'say' to my attention, I checked out their diversified business, liked what they're doing & took a small position just prior to their PE County property news -so far so good for a crack at a definite long term opportunity here.
