RE:Craziness! Way oversold! Only 25 million shares o/s. Level 2As in other words that 4.5 ask seems to be like a fake wall to try and get the lower priced bids filled. A market order of those shares bid at 3.5 cents would take the price to 10. I know no one in their right mind would do that, but that just goes to show you how thin the ask is relative to the bid.
