RE:Pfizer to kill $160bn Allergan merger

RE:Pfizer to kill $160bn Allergan mergerDachs1, i am a firm beleiver that the lead partner for the 1067 is Allergan and now that the Pfizer deal is over, there should not be an extended delay. Now Allergan does have a pendaing sale of its generic brands to Teva which is expected to close by June. We may see a delay until then, and Allergan will be cashed up with $40 billion from the sale.
Not sure if or when the compnay might PP and would like to hear if they did get the Wangbang payment yet.
If it is Allergan, the Pfizer deal being over is very positive for Sirona because Allergan will be looking for growth opportunities which Sirona has many.
