Pump your brakes man! this is a penny stock that trades on the TSX venture xchange, in other words high risk investing. Plus Sirona yields zero power in these negotiations. They are basically the large powerful companies biatch.
I myself have held this stock forever and don't really have any sort of attachment to it really. They get a deal or they don't I don't care life goes on. If I was broke and all my money was tied up in it then that may be a different story.
I would bet life though that a deal does NOT come in 2017
