Sounds to me like they are starting from scratch and the ones they were trying to make a deal with thought the value they were asking was too high. Or they told them to do clinicals and maybe we will pay the price you are wanting if they turn out well. The words highlighted say it all, new strategy and marketability. those words mean they are far away from a deal for 1067. Not sure how anyone reads this any different.
