ROFR or MOU..both are on the NR bubbleMOU..the big wigs met in paris with legal council. Was the deal signed with Howie and all in Paris and is being finalized? My guess is yes. News when they are ready.

ROFR- just got confirmation about trials. Do they need 30 days to assess the data? My guess is no and it might be a case of news at anytime with them.
