I doubt a buyout is in the cards as the MOU is taking an equity position which most likley is attached to a couple of board seats and a significant say in how the sirona is run.

And I can't help but think WANGBANG is ridding the bus as well. Makes business sense to me to have PRC deal with them.

The ROFR deal might be on shakey ground as they had 30 days to firm up and that is probaly past. So the NR on the results is letting everyone know Sirona is open for business on 1067 worldwide rights. Might be time to bring PRC into this one as well. Maybe they are?? Just speculation.
