They achieved their followers by a technique where you message other twitter accounts and offer to follow them if they follow you. I mean seriously you think Sirona follows 1944 people/companies? for what purpose? most accounts especially a company like this should have less than 10-1 ratio of accounts they follow to who follow you. They should maybe follow a couple hundred if that and be followed by 1500 or 2000 for example. Here are a few examples of what I mean

They could outsource this for about 1k a month and get great results. Promote the SRBCF symbol to a mass US audience of investors and biotech companies is another area they could do with this.
