Because of two things:
1) they have the intellectual property to control the space, which is particularly important for those technologies that are differentiated and "game changing",
AND (not or)
2) they have access to infrastructure, resources, approvals, and partnerships with global partners who can penetrate the market in the foreseeable future (1-5 years)
