The third party influencers obviously can not until they get the product in their hands, which points to a count down of sorts which they seem to be focusing on now for some reason. Ie 11 days before, 8 days now.
That week there could be an uptick depending upon who gets knowledge and what else is available re: clinical trial of 0.4 or intentions declared by the the Top 10, or both. Seems like they all collide same time frame.
