RE:Getting rid of the warrants?

I think Howard wants the share price to gain above 18 cents since close to 6 million warrants are due mid October. He buys as an insider and hope eveyone else follows his example.

But with this low volume it's easy to control the share price. So I wonder if Howard is fighting with an unknown share holder that want to get rid of the dilution by keeping the share price below 18 cents?

If I'm right the share price should start to gain soon, but not before October 18th which is the first trading day after the warrants are due.

At first I thought, what an absurd idea. But if it is true, then howie should go into AGM with his pants down or none at all. However, I don't think anyone wants to get rid of the dilution. The number of warrants is too small for that. what do you think? and why didn't biobum object to the idea?

But the rest fits together.

1. biobum started to pump strongly 3-4 weeks ago.
2. the new anticellulite molecule that has already garnered interest from a global pharmaceutical company.
3. this "update" (we´re not up to date at all) which i also think was the most transparent so far.
4. then these insider purchases. why first 100k? why then only 10k? if such a big deal is coming up, why not at least 2 x 100k (considering howie's income a joke)? Why aren't Michelle and Christopher buying?

Did the biopump, the new invention, the "update" and the insider buying happen to get the warrants and prepare us for another decade of deception to come after AGM?

And why are we exactly at 0.18 now?

Or yes, maybe howie wants to send us a signal that the breakout is finally imminent. unfortunately, this has happened many too many times. and history taught us, signals were always wrong.

as a public company, how about truthfully informing the public? when are you going to get it?
