Having said that, the main beneficiaries will be Howie, and those un-named "private equity funds" that Howie will turn to to finance the new subsidiary. I guess Howie never thought that maybe existing shareholders might be interested in a major share of this most promising new company?
Regardless, this appears to be a major shift from Howie doing little but cashing a fat paycheck every month. This could be a very big deal for those with the stomach to hold on for another few years.
SBM could be worth a lot more in time. JMO
