If "private" equity takes a major stake in the new subsidiary, there might not be much left for SBM shareholders.

I have a question for Howie: If he offers the "private" equity guys a sweetheart deal, will he offer it to the common shareholders as well? A rights offering would be a fair and easy way to allow us to benefit, not that howie gives a rat's donkey about the common shareholders. JMO
