It's also tragic that he approves his own loan with generous terms, and also being the only one that knows the AbbVie deal numbers. If that isn't using insider knowledge for personal gain then what is? Assume that SkiimMedica doesn't launch and pays Serona a penalty... then Howie just uses that money to pay himself back his own loan. He is using this own company as a bank to pay himself. We suffer.
