R+F Revenues and Transaction Bonus
Sirona received US$50,000 or CAD$67,225 in royalty payment from R+F and management paid themselves $150,000 and two months before, they gave themselves $110,000 for a total of $260,000. So to recap, $67,225 in revenues and $260,000 in bonuses as follows:
Howard: $94,000
Chris: $74,000
Michelle: $54,000
Graldine: $39,000
How is that even legal? Where is the BCSC?

How is it that the company has lots of bonus money to payout to management, but would never pay any of it out in dividends to the loyal shareholders hat have aided the want money, get money and ....keep money... of sirona?? I think that is a fai question. And does those shareholders think Howhee has their best interests in mind when they grabbed the cash in a dash??

Sales bonuses generally do not materialize untill income realization. Nice comment. Howie et al is out of touch.
