So you structured a setup where you are dealing with 2 companies and until all parties come to an agreement with everyone you can't release any news or finalize a deal? Yep that sounds like a SBM deal.

Howhee never fails to dissappoint. Just history repeating itself over and over again. 10 years of bullsht and the pile just keeps getting higher. this company will never have any credibility with the institutional buyers that we need to drive the share price.
