Income that will be received by R&F are peanuts , R&F must buy  a minimum of 10Kg a year at $8 000/kg if i am not mistaking , that will not even be enough to cover Howie"s salary. It is a good start , more news to come over the year.

Alix...The money from R&F...if there is any at all, will go to bonuses not salaries. The pigs of Vancouver are good at reqwarding themselves for SFA..

Based on the NR's at least two batches of 20kg have been produced in France - probably more - and at least one much bigger (volume unknown) in China. Each kilo represents 500 000 ml - Howard has stated 10000 tubes of 50 ml, but R+F put it in 15 ml. Their market is currently 300K agents with 2 million customers, but they have just started to build their business in Japan. In addition there ...more

And that's why shareprice is traded back below 40cents? Well, obviously, the much-vaunted and demanded social media campaign obviously seems to have no effect at all. But well, I'm not really surprised anymore. If management announces news about a diabetes product for animals in late autumn 2019 and then almost one and a half years later there is still nothing available, then one can ...more

Count on multiple tubes per customer per year. The dark spots go away but they do reappear and therefore once the customer tries the first round, they will be hooked for life. Also need to consider a lot of side sales. I am not a Rodan and Fields customer being sold product from an agent, and I don't want to get tied up in that, so I was able to order a tube on the web and it arrives this ...more

1 kg = 10,000 50ml tubes = 33,333 15ml tubes.    3 mil customers x 4 tubes/yr = 12 million tubes.      12 million tubes / 33,333 = 360 kg/yr.     360 kg x $8000 usd x 1.25 = $3,6 mil cdn per yr

Sirona probably could have got $80,000/kg in an exclusive deal with R+F since that would be an input cost of only $2.40 on a tube that sells for $66 but the non-exclusive deal means Sirona can not sell the ingredient to R+F at a higher price than it will to R+F's competitors who make lower priced tubes. Sirona mgmt, get on with signing more clients.

The 15 ml size tube for spot correction only is the real surprise.  The price would be 6x higher if it was in 100ml sizes as we all thought initially upon signing of the R + F deal.  Everyones prior estimate on tube sizes and sales relied on the assumption that 1067 was going to be used in larger tubes for overall lightening,  not as a touch up.  We can only hope that these end ...more

0.2% 1067 does not work as a skin lightener. That's why R+F is using it as a spot reducer. Maybe 0.4% 1067 will lighten skin. "TFC1067 and 2% hydroquinone produced statistically significant skin lightening after 8 weeks of use, but only hydroquinone lightened the normal skin. This pattern continued into week 12 where both products significantly lightened dyschromic skin, but ...more

I will tell you all the cold hard truth on this from my own perspective in two weeks. I will test and double up. I think you are right, and that might be why the 0.4% if proven safe and effective will have a big impact on pps.
Comment by lscfa on Mar 26, 2021 3:06pm
Every since the clinical result was published Sirona has refrained from using the term skin lightening in its disclosure documents.

I think the math is a little off. 1g of water = 1 ml of water, or 1000 ml = 1 Kg. We would have to figure out the density of 1067 to get an accurate number. Also, I see R&F tubes of Targeted Spot Corrector are 15 ml. (not 50) and would contain 0.03 ml or g of water (using this simplistic example). So, 1 Kg of 1067 would yield 33,333 tubes. Assume a conservative 250,000 customers decide to try ...more

As long time holders of Sirona shares, should we need to be speculating as to what the numbers will be? Very few companies treat their shareholders with this degree of disdain, as  we are experiencing right now. If you hold shares, you are a part owner of this company and as such , you deserve to know what is going on .  Unfortunately, if the SP does again run up , we will see a huge ...more

Couldn't agree more. They seem to get some momentum then Let it flounder.  if our product is so good why isn't the deals rolling in.  If this truly is a safe replacement then everyone should be breaking down the door.  They need this non dilutive financing to hire more people to onboard new partners if this is truly as desirable as they say. Pictures seem to indicste ...more
