Sirona anticipates achieving the following milestones • within the next 3 months: • Finalize due diligence and agree on terms with new organization in China • Complete an additional licensing agreement for the SGLT2 inhibitor in new markets • Secure non-dilutive funding through anticipated collaborations • Finalize Tinyi agreement • Complete Phase I clinical trial in China for the SGLT2 Inhibitor and advance to Phase II •

within the next 6 months: • Scale-up batch of lead anti-aging compound • Complete safety studies for anti-aging compound in preparation for clinical study •

within the next 12 months: • Enter clinical trial for anti-wrinkle compound • Develop new anti-viral compounds and advance them into preclinical studies

It might be more effective or impressive if you included the last milestones as a comparison to the new milestones so a person immediately identifies with the differences. Just a thought!

Feel free to look it up yourself but long story short they were forecasting most of these by end of May for sometime. But of course like all the deadlines and other dates they have established they just keep moving the goal line further out - rinse and repeat for years now.

The core ones, that have significant materiality tied to them, are pushed out by 8 weeks to achieve all. It does not mean that any time in next four weeks we won't hit big time with at least one of these. But only time will tell.  There is also a potential agreement with the Top 10, which is not on that list, so that could surprise us as well. Lets see. The others are anti-aging

By pushing those out to July means they could be dropping important news in the dead of summer when trading takes a hit which isn't an optimal situation. It has been years of missed promises and "just a few more months" - enough is enough - time to deliver and maybe secure a CEO that can move this company forward cause the current one is obviously incapable of doing that.

Why should investors be surprised?? I sure Howie has no idea what is the truth and what is not. As long as he gets away with it, and he does, we will never see the end of the vacouverlyingpig sh..it show.

And that's what makes Howhee and the gang such great Vancouver Scam Exchange Corporate leaders. He has done a spectacular job at wanting your money, getting your money and I suspect if any of his world leading deals comes through, he will keep your money.  I think in that regard, This management team has done a stellar job and they deserve a great deal of credit.

We can still enjoy the fulfillment of one or two milestones in May. In addition, please note that the milestones does not include any TFC-1067. The expected deal based on 0.4 concentration should be due soon. I also expect multiple deals (5+) this year for the 0.2 version, why not nail the first in May?!
