AGM and voting

Where can I find information about the upcoming AGM? I've explored the web site and came up short.

Also - how can I register to vote (against the management to enrich themselves with additional options) as a non-canadian shareholder?

4 hand. Ths is just another way that companys control the vote. If your shares are held like this, you don't vote and is another way companys report such a high approval rating after an AGMs. Any share not voted or is "witheld" is considered a positive vote for management. I'm sure you can call your brokerage and advise them how you want your shares voted. But not sure  on

If you do not receive voting materials in the mail call your broker and ask for a control number. Then vote online at    www.investor vote.com
