Didn't age well - maybe it needs a shot of TFC-1067 or 1326

The PRC tweet/posting from June 2022 - which clearly uses Sirona marketing materials / fonts / etc. and was I'm sure put together inconjunction with SBM had some tidbits in there that didn't really age well.  Actually a lot of it didn't age well including:

" AbbVie is already in the advanced stages of its development and commercialization process for TFC-1067. While we agree with the assessment that it might still take a few months for the company to be ready to release a commercial product based on the compound, we can’t stress enough the potential impact of that product and the revenue it would generate for Sirona Biochem through royalty payments."

So yeah..... Year and a 1/2 later no AbbVie product hitting shelves and no word if/when it is hititng shelves.  Bascially no word or $$$ whatsoever from AbbVie which is why the sharpice is below a dime.  Meanwhile Howie thought it would spike to the point they could uplist!  HA!

"Dr. Verrico reaffirmed in our recent conversation his commitment to closing a licensing deal for TFC-039 by the end of 2022. The animal health market may not be as large as the anti-aging market, but a deal with a top animal pharmaceutical company could still translate to tens of millions of dollars in royalty payments."

Again complete line of BS from the Doc once again and didn't deliver.  In fact the whole thing fell apart because their "partner" wouldn't release the information and or the information wasn't worth the paper it was written on.  Yet they continue to have this "partnership" - even though Wanbang has basically screwed over Sirona at every turn but Howard keeps going back for more.

"In a recent conversation with the current CEO, Dr. Howard Verrico, we were made aware that the company has already begun the process of looking for a suitable CEO, either one from Europe or a multi-lingual candidate, to take the company to the next level. Dr. Verrico would remain with the company as president and chairman of the board."

They obvioulsy don't have the $ to hire a new CEO and to be honest any CEO worth their weight probably wouldn't want to jump into this mess.  Specially if Howard is still lurking around as President and Chairman constantly trying to figure out how to run a biotech and providing continously wrong direction.  A decent outcome would be a whole new team is brought in and the old knobs who ran it into the ground are gone or ultimately a BUYOUT is the best case scenario for all shareholders at this point which would be a mercy after years of these idiots trying to figure things out as they go at the expense of all shareholders.

Delusional is not a leadership strategy that I have ever seen in a management text book, but clear that it doesn't hold for very long as you have so nicely laid out. Yes, they were quite pumped at the time of the deal. My educated guess on this one is that they thought the announcement should have driven them up to 80 cents or north and the world would be their oyster. But in what world does ...more

" He knows ALL the terms of the deal, and he keeps buying more shares. " One would think that would be illegal?

If not previously clarified… Probably… Convertible Debentures of 20.04.2023 corroborated with Sirona Biochem Announces Payment of Convertible Debenture Interests in Shares, although the 500,000 convertible debentures should have been cancelled.

He is an insider and as long as he follows the proactive disclosure rules on acquisition and sales, doesn't look like anyone can do a darn thing about it. But you are right, it just doesn't feel right and fair to us. He spews out so much that it's hard to distinguish what is real and just a strategic intention. To an outsider it's like he is manifesting a new reality. Lol  ...more
