The attempt to derive a strategy from sirona's actions is doomed to failure. Everything they do is try and error, without any major plan. The coming soon banner simply announces the overdue Allergan launch. That's good but not a turnaround. There will be no high milestone payment, it's the product sales that pay, and as we know, they can flop. High-priced dark spot creams that need months for visible results are not an easy market. But we will only be able to judge that at least one year after the product launch.
