Just how long and how low does the share price have to get before even Howard throws in the towel?
Someone at Cannacrap or a bank by now has to be saying this play needs a real CEO and not this dufuss Doctor trying to figure out how to run a biotech. He has pretty much destroyed the companies rep and his own with repeated over promise and not deliver pratices over years and years.
