Hello,
I’ve seen the regulators make companies issue news releases to clarify news releases that were overly promotional or vague.

Sirona made the following comment in a July 12, 2022 news release with absolutely no proof to back it up or time frames. Shouldn’t they retract the statement or provide proof?

"The deal will make Sirona a profitable company and the value will be realized."

I would've used the phrase "is expected to" because one never know how popular the product(s) will be on the market. Disclosure of terms was not an option so the alternative was to stay silent.  Of course I'd preferred estimated revenue, but it is what it is.

Sadly, the regulators in Canada are a joke. I have reported outright frauds that they didn't even look at. They are just more lazy bureaucrats collecting a fat paycheck while doing nothing but sitting on their fat behinds.
