Leak or Bullish Expectations?

Leak or Bullish Expectations?There has been a solid bid underneath SBM for a week now.  Today was an anomaly.  The stock was up strongly with a combined 431,000 shares traded (SBMI.V plus SBMCF.OB).  There was 240,000 shares traded in the US (SBMCF), representing nearly twice the highest daily volume traded in that ticker's history going back to April 12th.  The combined volume has to be the highest in several months for a single day.

Are we witnessing some information trickling out that is strongly bullish?  Or, Are investors speculating that strongly bullish news is coming?
