IMO, the mangement CTO indicates the assay results from the diabase will be of a favourable nature. It they where not favourable, a mangement CTO may not have occurred. If the diabase contains the same Gold and PGM assays as the 2km vein....well....hold on tight..

Tobinator01...I read the PR incorrectly. The original gold and PGM assays where conducted by Voyageur. Management black out is the correct order for third part findings yet to be released.

Today's news was an IIROC CTO, not the company's plan becuase of assay results.  This is as a result of a failure to file the financial statements.  It's that simple...... Not Good, this usually means they are in financially insolvent. If they can't obtain funding we as shareholders are bagholders, left with nothing.

TDSB, Read the company's press release of October 19, 2022 where the company said they couldn't file on time.  At the same time, they announced a managment cease trade order.  I believe that it will be corrected soon and trading will resume LJ

Luckierjack2, I do not see a news release dated October 19th, there are some dated October the 18th and 21st, they however did not speak of a cease trade, could you supply me with a link to the news release you are mentioning. CHEERS!

What you say is correct. It applies to every exploration stage company on the TSX and venture exchanges. Do your due diligence on everyone you buy into. I lost money on Barkerville. It was a roller coaster sitting on good historical claims with good assays. Only you can make a decision on what risk you can afford to take.  SBMI looks good to me and hundreds of other investors. I like the fundamental story here about starting off with producing a rich Silver vein that now we see has increased in value with Gold-PGM's.  Exploration companies live and die by the fortunes of their stock since they have no revenues.  Silver Bullet can immediately produce revenue from Buckeye and the Washington mines.  That means much less dependence on the stock.
