takeover bid over $1.00... what a change
well... its been a heavenly decline since the takeover offer was turned down by severstal years ago after due diligence.

I dont know why Severstal doesnt just come in here now and offer 5 cents... and take over the debt and fund this operation.... 

  new low of 2 cents....    how many times will they waste money holding meetings to amend bond payments...  why not just give a longer floating target with sliding gold deliveries rather than spend a few thousand on a meeting to approve another amendment in 2 weeks....
