Not so AlluvialI wish I had paid more attention to the recent MD&As:
MD&A for 6months to 2013-10-31: Significant improvements in gold production and attendant reduction in cash production cost will likely not be attained until process plants with circuits capable of recovering a significant portion of the -100 mesh gravity recoverable gold are commissioned in 1H 2014
MD&A for 6months to 2014-01-31: Production was suspended indefinitely at December 1, 2013 to await commissioning of fine gold recovery plants, as existing plant does not effectively recover gravity recoverable gold particles finer than approximately 150 microns. ... Significant improvements in gold production and attendant reduction in cash production cost will likely not be attained until process plants with circuits capable of recovering a significant portion of the – 150 micron gravity recoverable gold are commissioned in late 1H 2014.
The web site currently says Concurrently the Company is generating cash flow by producing gold from its large inventory of alluvial deposits in the vicinity of Million Mountain.
I did email Ryan@scminerals.com to ask for confirmation that the implied restart had ocurred (I assume the web site wording has been there all the time that the alluvial has stopped), but have not had a reply, despite a reminder.
Why did I ever invest in this bunch of failures.
