Gets it off "Pink Current" and - supposedly - makes it more "investable" to U.S.-domiciled investors. 

There does seem to be some sort of "disconnect" here, though, with all it supposedly has going for it.  Maybe "somebody" should put them out of their misery sooner rather than later with a twenty-five cent offer.
