Strathcona Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based oil and gas producers with operations focused on thermal oil, enhanced oil recovery and liquids-rich natural gas. Its Montney development is an active region in the Montney basin, the condensate-rich Kakwa, Grande Prairie, and Groundbirch regions, and produces liquids-rich gas.

yes, the stock option plan is a part of the compensation package for certain parties, standard for a growth company in this sector. Note that the exercise price is .85, which is more than fair and is incentive only if we see a price comfortably above where it is now. 

Haha otherwise I remain watching with my Stockhouse litmus test.  Seems like everyone is holding strong for now but when I start seeing ranting/grumbling with sales of stock and a bunch of the "oh i had to let go of 20,000 because of the wife" "or "i think its going down so I decided to get a laptop instead" messages I'll be watching the price closely to buy more...
