The beauty is that they dont need to because legal sports wagering will grow the pie in this country immensely.
For example, and and not that this is a scientific sampling but, I am a sports fan as are many of my friends. We all love to gamble. I dont know even one who plays proline anymore. I admit I used to, as recent as say 6 years ago, before reliable smartphone technology. Long story short is-- 1. Parlays are a ripoff. 2. The way that our lottery commissions do it are doubly a ripoff 3-betting offshore is easy and has proven reliable enough.
That said, even though this is a no brainer, i wouldnt put it past our government to f&^& this up because our country is run by the worst idiots
