Though, he has negotiating skills and business acumen, which is shown throughout his presidency. I believe some of the moves he's done here are probably the best in a bad situation, and his enacting the defense production act is spot on, since they need all hands on deck and US companies and its workers to build what is required to shore up the ugliness that will follow - even the Democrats were praising this. People have to understand too that the FED govt does not call the final shots jurisdiction wise, since this is why NY is in such a position. Newsome in Cali gets it, they were the first to do a total lockdown and their numbers are night and day compared to NY with the double the population. Let this sink in.
