So this would mean John would handle the betting and app, while Benji manages the esports. The only concern would be the initial cost of doing this, but it's totally worth it and the esports would be considered gravy and a hedge against what is currently happening. And, it would make sense that this would happen soon since esports is hot, been so for a year and a half, and they've probably would have absorbed the initial cost of setting up the betting since that and the separation done at same time would look ugly on the financials. Good catch Ham on the esports jobs, glad to see this

Fact Levy already spun the media off from the network, he has experienced and knows exactly what the costs and processes are!

I envisioned exactly what you just said- Benji would become CEO of Esports Division which would run as its own entity ie. subsidary which for every Score share we would get "X" shares of this newly formed shell.

John would focus on Sports betting world which is his passion and focus.

I was invested in a company called Petrobank Energy which owed land/oil in bogota and spun off Petrominerales - spun off at $3 which I believe it was 1 share for every 8 shares of Petrobank... anyways within 18 months of spinning off Petrominerales it went to like $32 , up over 1000% in a year and a half.

I dont believe we will ever get the evaluation or multiple we deserve from the Esports side until or unless Levy's spin it off as a stand alone entity.
