Volumes are down

Volume is down today - under 500k shares as of 330 PM.  

This tells me that SCZ has not yet met the criteria for any larger players to trade.  When I compare the fundamentals, e.g. price/sales, it seems like we are at no more than half of comparable value.

I guess we have a few more months to wait to see the production numbers stack up, along with the financing plan for the Zimapan buyout,

No kidding.  The Zimapan details are the only thing that give me pause because I don't know what they are.  I imagine that dilution is in store, but that's not a problem because we are getting something in return for that dilution, i.e., full ownership of Zimapan.  In the long term, I don't see how this doesn't work out unless the deal is terrible, but I don't ...more

Simple math, A 72M market cap company producing about 5M AGEq ozs  acquiring another 5M AGEq ozs for only 23M - most may be covered by higher silver prices - sign me up.
