Ouch! 20 million units at 5 cents,....

Ouch! 20 million units at 5 cents,....cheap shares & dilution,...and an eventual 'overhang' of warrants... "to infinity!"   Not the 'news' I was hoping for.     GaL    (i should've known this 'tight' company wouldn't last long)    The search continues for a 'Management for the Shareholders'.    [Hmmmm, kinda like 'Politicians for the People".... the critters don't exist! ]         When will I learn?  Arrrgh!
