Sprott didn't mention the TNI specifically (minute 7:00 in that link) but this is what he was referring to. The second to the last paragraph tells you what news organizations are affected. Basicially they are consenting to a gag order against any counter narratives. As you can see, 99% of the media falls under this unbrella:
