In the technical report no4. Surface rights. It clearly states that surface rights were agreed and extended until 2027!

The mineral resource across all categories is 39million ounces. And doesn't include the last drilling results. So it will rise.

It is imho above the magic 50 million ounces needed to be commercially viable. Especially with it's close proximity to gogold
