What you are talking about? Locking up a "deal"? You appear to be mixing the terms land ownership, surface rights, and the drilling rights. The agreement to be renegotiated is for the right to mine silver from the surface. The site has mine shaft all over the place so I imagine there is limited surface operations going on still.

Exact wording of Sedar filing. The company needs permission from the owners for access. True for nearly all junior explorers everywhere. These rights need to be renewed from time to time to access the land to explore in the future. No big deal. Stroud holds its interest in its Santo Domingo property through its wholly owned subsidiary
