Nothing!
why would land owner deal with a company with no cash?
where does that leave sharehders,  holding worthless paper.

problem with billionaires is that a few million means nothing to them.

 "Land control"?   Explorers don't own the land with minerals on it in the vast majority of cases, but they have been granted to right to explore by the land owner, and need permission to mine it by the government or mining regulators.   The original land owners usually receive some type of royalty from mining operations.  That is what Stroud has already ...more
