RE:Without land control , what do you have to sell? "Land control"?   Explorers don't own the land with minerals on it in the vast majority of cases, but they have been granted to right to explore by the land owner, and need permission to mine it by the government or mining regulators.   The original land owners usually receive some type of royalty from mining operations.  That is what Stroud has already negotiated.  Small explorers also don't have money to set up a mining operation, so that is why they sell the resources they have uncovered to a major for cash.

But I suspect you already know all the above, so when you imply that they don't have anything to sell, and your earlier statements about the management being crooks, it seems obvious that your motive here recently has been to scare others into selling.
