Much better. Pay a fraction of the price, to get the business that is most aligned with ours. Easier to intergrate, reduces payout rate to about 35%, we get to keep most of our cash, and remain debt free.

If you like the deal and/or the balance sheet, buying today you also get the dividend. Long term, company will continue to wind up the the old INPUT business by farmers cashing out their loans in 2022, and the company using the cash, to grow the security business while buying back shares and keeping the nice yield for investors.
