avantee buys ssc- deal pays for itself

my guess is that avante/fairfwx now take over input. Offer at $3/share, woukd allow avante to take control of input for the cash and canola interests on ssc's bslance sheet. Or maybe ssc is not worth buying. 

i have owned input in the past; i think i might buy a little ssc shortly.
