which indirectly holds a portfolio of offshore petroleum exploration license (PEL) including a 15% carried interest in PEL 87; a 10% carried interest in each of PELs 82 and 83, and a 10% carried interest in PEL 90. In addition, it holds private participation interests of 25% unconventional and 100% conventional in the potential hydrocarbon resources of the 43,158 acres Valle Medio Magdalena 37 (VMM-37) Block in Colombia. The Middle Magdalena Basin is located in north-central Colombia between the Central and Eastern Ranges of the Andes, covering an area of 34,000 square kilometers (13,000 sq mi).

Not a big short intrest but someone just bought about 600k in 4 minutes. Fridays always good day for short covering as holding over a weekend causes ulcers in explosive stocks. lol. Enjoy

Shareholders are the owners of the company. Management are employees of the company and owe a fiduciary duty to the shareholders, unfortunately this concept is for the most part non-existent
