got a water supply, for a mine at Penas Negras?

got a water supply, for a mine at Penas Negras?looked at their most recent investor's presentation. Photos suggest the project is in the high-altitude, cold desert of the SW altiplano. The investor's presentation provides no info about altitude, but a graphic on Sendero's website indicated ~4150 ground surface elevation. Uness you're in the shadow of 5500m+ peak, there's not much to trigger snow and rainfall up there.

I lost money 1-2 years ago on another high-altitude mining developer; they were going to truck-in the sewage wate from a village more than 100 km away.
