Taking over for nowCynthia Cole - VP, General Counsel and Corporate Development: Cynthia Cole is responsible for Spectra7s strategic transactions and global legal activities and policies. She has extensive experience advising boards of directors and executive leadership on global strategy, M&A, corporate governance, legal and compliance, IP, and operational matters. Prior to Spectra7, Cynthia was General Counsel at IIX and The Flexitallic Group and held senior legal positions at Cisco, Global Crossing and MicroStrategy Inc. Ms Cole began her career in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster. Cynthia earned her Honors BA from the University of Utah and her JD from Northwestern University School of Law. Dave Mier - Chief Financial Officer: Dave Mier joined us in December 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. With more than thirty years of experience, Mr. Mier most recently served as V.P. Finance, Americas Controller for Yahoo!. Previously, Dave spent 19 years at Sun Microsystems in positions of increasing responsibility, including Finance Director for Northern Europe, based in the UK, and V.P. Finance for the Americas Time Zone. Dave holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara and a MBA from California State University Fullerton.
