I couldn't have said "my psychiatrist" since I don't have one.  I do have a psychiatrist friend however who I did speak to.

You can never deal with an issue that's been raised but get personal.  I said that you post stuff without any supporting facts.  That's it.  Do you have any facts to support your optimism?  State them rather than continually changing the subject.
