Sammy, I agree with you that most rollbacks are a negative for a company because they're done for the wrong reason - the company is doing poorly, its share price is falling so they either face de-listing or can't raise funds as the share price is below 5 cents (on the TSX) so they have no choice but to move the share price up with a reverse split. In SEV's case tt's the opposite. The company is doing well and wants investors to take it more seriously by having a more reasoable share count in keeping with successful companies (which it is)
