RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hidden GemI didn't think it was news.   If you look at analyst calls the indication is that S7 is unlikely to break even this year.  For example Thompson Reuters mean expectation is a loss of 2 cents a share this year.  That's around $3 mill.  Does that include the repayment of the loan principal?  It all depends on VR sales in the first half which is unkwnown to everyone including S7.

Perhaps S7 is just being cautious in planning to raise some funds,l just in case.  It's all a guess at this stage but history points to $15 mill in expnses which requires revenue of around $25 mill at 60% margins.
